Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations at the client's site
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client standards
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of cleaners
• Conduct site inspections and ensure cleanliness is consistently maintained
• Handle staff scheduling, replacements, and manpower planning
• Liaise with client representatives on site requirements and feedback
• Prepare reports and update management on site performance
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years experience in cleaning / facility supervision
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
• Own transport
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
