• To support drafting, negotiation, and administration of main contracts and subcontract agreements.
• To coordinate with internal departments, vendors, an subcontractors on all commercial-related matters.
• To maintain strong working relationships with commercial partners and ensure high standards of customer service.
• To participate in procurement activities, including the tendering process and supplier evaluations.
• To monitor project expenditures, track budgets, and contribute to cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• To assist in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and support improvements in commercial workflows.
• To manage documentation related to progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and the preparation of final accounts.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by the superior
