HR Manager - Full time
Location: Kuala Terengganu
Industry: Manufacturing / Electrical Distribution Systems
Budget: RM 12,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (fully onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting
- Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and salary negotiations
- Act as management representative dealing with labor unions and employee relations
- Drive training, development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (HR, safety, environmental)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (5S, workplace improvement programs)
- Support internal control systems and corporate governance
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience handling Union relations – specifically Collective Bargaining
- Proven experience in recruitment, industrial relations, and employee engagement
- Familiar with labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
