About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce and Digital Executive to manage and grow our online presence across platforms such as WIX, Shopee, Lazada, and future e-commerce platforms like TikTok for our Sleep Business (The Air Station). This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store fronts, executing promotions, optimising product listings, and driving promotional campaign performance both online and offline. The ideal candidate has experience with online store management, familiarity with campaign mechanics on the various platforms, and marketing automation tools, and is eager to contribute to a growing health and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Platform Management

Maintain and optimize TAS online store fronts (WIX, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

Ensure timely updates of product listings, visuals, pricing, and stock status

Manage vouchers, promo campaigns, and affiliate links on marketplaces
2. Promotions & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including pricing, vouchers, bundles, and mechanics

Coordinate promo communications (eDMs, banners, visuals, landing pages)

Support ad campaign setup (Facebook, Google) and A/B testing initiatives

Work with the product team to create promotional assets that align with campaign goals
3. Marketing Automation & CX

Manage and automate EDM flows (welcome, post-purchase, cart reminders)

Coordinate with digital marketing executive for lifecycle campaigns

Contribute to loyalty/review/referral program implementation (where relevant)
4. Data Tracking & Performance Analysis

Track campaign performance using GA, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards

Generate monthly reports with actionable insights (CTR, conversion rates, sales lift, etc.)

Recommend improvements to online experience and conversion funnel
