• Perform Process Quality Control (PQC) inspections during production stages.
• Monitor in-process quality to ensure products comply with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring tools.
• Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products during the production process.
• Record inspection results accurately in PQC check sheets and quality records.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for process-related quality issues.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with production and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Support root cause analysis for process defects and recurring quality issues.
• Monitor process parameters and highlight abnormal trends to supervisors or engineers.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and rework.
• Support internal and external audits related to process quality.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum SPM required.
• Experience in PQC / in-process quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read process flow, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Familiar with measuring tools and inspection methods.
• Able to work independently, in a team, and on morning and night shift basis.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
