• Supervise and support sales staff in daily operations
• Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
• Assist in stock control, stock replenishment, and inventory checks
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching
