Job Requirements:

• School leavers
• Possess at least 2 years of BOH/kitchen experience in F&B industry.
• Possess Food Hygiene Certification

Job Scopes:

• Prepare, cook and present quality cooked and safe food to our customers according to Companyand/or Brand quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for total cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen area.
• Use proper kitchen equipment to prepare/cook food and handle all equipment and facilities withcare.
• Be a good buddy to new Kitchen Assistants and support them with hands-on guidance on dailyoperation for Back-of-House (BOH).
