• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in operations / manufacturing environment
• Experience in handling maintenance coordination, warehouse, logistics, or QA/QC operations is an advantage
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Basic knowledge of operations workflow and manufacturing processes
• Familiar with maintenance coordination and machinery servicing schedule
• Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and inventory processes
• Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Able to prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations involving Engineering (Maintenance), QA/QC, Warehouse, and Transportation departments
• Monitor machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate with engineering team for repair and servicing activities
• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with lorry drivers and warehouse team
• Monitor stock movement, inventory records, and operational workflow
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of operational records
• Support QA/QC and warehouse activities when required
• Coordinate with production and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor operational issues and assist in resolving daily operational matters
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports

Location : Pandamaran

Working Hours : Monday - Friday : 08:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday (Alternate) : 08:30am - 12:30pm

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
