Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide leadership to the operations teams including quality control, production, warehouse and logistic and customer service and technical.
• Set, maintain and meet Goal & Objective and KPI.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor and analyze operations performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to determine production and inventory needs.
• Monitor capacity vs demand, plan manpower and equipment resources.
• Ensure the company's operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and action plans to achieve the company's goals.
• Ensure production practices comply to company processes, ISO and internal standard requirement.
• Oversee troubleshooting of product, quality and equipment, anticipate potential operational issues and derive appropriate corrective actions.
• Supervise production team to implement production line and work-station set-up for assembly and sub-assembly work.
• Give timely and accurate feedback to Management team on daily and weekly update.
• Ensure consistent on-time delivery and zero quality issue to customers.
• Chair daily/weekly/monthly meetings with cross functional team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management kor related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communications skills, both written verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel, SQL and other related software.
