Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date routing data in the SAP system to support production planning and process efficiency. This role serves as a key data custodian, ensuring that machine capabilities, routing codes, and process parameters are correctly recorded, updated, and aligned with approved engineering and production standards.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Well verse in English & Bahasa
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint includes a range of skills from basic document creation to advanced data analysis and presentation design

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately input and maintain routing data in SAP, including machine line speed, setup time, and routing codes, ensuring all entries are updated in accordance with approved production parameters.
• Assign appropriate machines to specific cable designs and processes in SAP, and maintain machine capability mapping to ensure correct linkage between product design, process routing, and machine availability.
• Update routing information in a timely manner when process changes, engineering updates, or new machine installations occur, ensuring all modifications are properly reflected in the SAP system.
• Verify the accuracy of routing data through coordination with the production team and process/manufacturing engineers, and identify and correct any discrepancies found in the system.
• Maintain proper documentation of all routing updates and revisions, ensuring records are traceable and compliant with internal audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain accurate data inputs, and communicate any data inconsistencies or issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all SAP data entries comply with company standards, procedures, and policies, and adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management.
