Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transport operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maximizing vehicle utilization and maintaining compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily vehicle movements and driver assignments.
• Optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Ensure delivery schedules meet customer requirements and service levels.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation based on operational needs.

Operations Coordination

• Liaise with drivers, customers, warehouse personnel, and transport vendors.
• Monitor delivery progress and address operational issues promptly.
• Update transport schedules and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all transport documentation is complete and accurate.

Fleet Management Support

• Monitor vehicle availability and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Track fuel usage and vehicle utilization.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain records of deliveries, trips, and operational performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
• Analyze transport data and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure drivers comply with road transport regulations and company policies.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and adherence to schedules.
• Support investigations of transport incidents, delays, or customer complaints.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
