Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the BEUTEA Singapore market.
- Develop monthly marketing calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand objectives
- Work closely with the HQ marketing team to localize campaigns and adapt content for the Singapore audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, sales trends, and customer engagement to improve marketing effectiveness
- Assist in planning outlet activations, roadshows, collaborations, and new store launches
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage BEUTEA Singapore social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging social media content, including reels, trending videos, product photography, and lifestyle content.
- Write creative captions and coordinate posting schedules
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and Gen Z marketing strategies
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators for campaign execution
3. KOL / Influencer Marketing
- Source and liaise with KOLs, KOCs, media platforms, and content creators in Singapore
- Coordinate product seeding, collaboration campaigns, and influencer events
- Track campaign deliverables and performance reports
4. App & Digital Marketing
- Support BEUTEA app campaigns, push notifications, voucher campaigns, and membership promotions
- Coordinate digital advertisements, app-exclusive promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Monitor customer feedback and online community interactions
5. Brand & Operations Coordination
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and outlet visuals
- Coordinate with outlet teams for POSM setup, campaign launches, and promotional materials
- Support cross-country communication between the Singapore and Malaysia HQ teams
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, and content creation tools
- Passionate about F&B, lifestyle, and youth culture
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Photography and video editing skills are an advantage
- Able to work occasionally on weekends during events or campaign activations
- Experience working with F&B or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore’s social media trends, creator ecosystem, and digital culture is preferred
- Basic skills in design, video editing, or motion graphics are a plus
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with creators, influencers, and partners
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
