Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
• Coordinate closely with regional engineering and project teams
• Drive system integration, commissioning, and successful go-live
• Lead onsite installation and implementation activities
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure safety standards and project milestones are met
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates and manage expectations
• Handle issues, risks, and escalations proactively
• Oversee system performance after go-live
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation
• Ensure high system uptime and customer satisfaction
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in:
• Warehouse automation / intralogistics / material handling systems OR
• Industrial automation / system integration projects
• Hands-on experience in:
• Installation, commissioning, or site-based delivery
• Exposure to technologies such as:
• ASRS, conveyors, AGV/AMR, WMS/WCS integration
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to manage dynamic, site-based project environments
