Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
- Coordinate closely with regional engineering and project teams
- Drive system integration, commissioning, and successful go-live
- Lead onsite installation and implementation activities
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure safety standards and project milestones are met
- Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and manage expectations
- Handle issues, risks, and escalations proactively
- Oversee system performance after go-live
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation
- Ensure high system uptime and customer satisfaction
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in:
- Warehouse automation / intralogistics / material handling systems OR
- Industrial automation / system integration projects
- Hands-on experience in:
- Installation, commissioning, or site-based delivery
- Exposure to technologies such as:
- ASRS, conveyors, AGV/AMR, WMS/WCS integration
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to manage dynamic, site-based project environments
