Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Programmer to support and enhance our printing shop’s internal systems, workflow automation, and customer-facing platforms. The role involves working across multiple technologies including .NET, Java, Python, and PHP to build, integrate, and maintain business applications that support production, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal systems for printing operations (order management, production tracking, billing, inventory)
  • Build and support web-based applications and APIs for both internal users and customers
  • Integrate different systems (e.g., POS, CRM, e-commerce, printing workflow systems)
  • Work across multiple programming languages and frameworks (.NET, Java, Python, PHP) depending on system requirements
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and stability
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and proper backup mechanisms
  • Maintain technical documentation for systems and codebase
  • Support digital transformation initiatives in the printing workflow

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field
  • Strong experience in full stack development
  • Proficiency in at least 2–3 of the following:
  • > .NET (C#)> Java (Spring / Spring Boot)> Python (Django / Flask)> PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks is an advantage
  • Experience with database systems (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding of API development and system integration
  • Ability to handle multiple systems and switch between technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
