Job Description

Responsibilities

Our client is a leading global platform in the business intelligence and data space, trusted by enterprises, consultancies, and research teams across the world. With a growing presence across the Asia Pacific, they are now investing in Southeast Asia with a dedicated account manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across the ASEAN region, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement, regular check-ins, and demonstrable value delivery.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a suite of data and analytics products.
  • Consistently achieve individual revenue targets for renewals and expansion.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, usage, and strategic alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-Level executives.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to ensure smooth client handover and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activity within the CRM.
  • Contribute to team campaigns and initiatives aimed at improving client engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of account management or client success experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing a large account portfolio simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to account management.
  • Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding global business.
