1) Details of Job Responsibilities

Operations Performance

a) Implement operation and project plans to improve and track work processes in compliance with organisational requirements

b) Ensure all operations activities and project assignment are conducted in compliance with relevant HSSE and operating standards

c) Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve operations

d) Report on inspected equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning

e) Implement and initiate maintenance schedules of all appropriate tools and equipment

f) Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal and external service providers

g) Prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per company requirements

h) Provide support and join improvement-based methods

i) Developing, maintaining and enhancing the relationships with third parties/companies/associates

j) Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement

k) Providing 24 hours x 7 support

Manage Teams

a) Facilitate the planning of work schedules and deployment of internal and external manpower

b) Facilitate effective work processes

c) Facilitate the capability development of staff

d) Assist in providing updates on major incidents and emergencies to the appropriate person

e) Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issue

f) Develop maintenance schedules and enforce the necessary

Manage incidents

a) Attend to enquiries from clients and team

b) Guide the team to respond to major incidents and emergencies

c) Analyse and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss

d) Respond to emergency calls for maintenance

e) Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues

f) Any other duties that may be given to you from time to time by the Company or person(s) acting on behalf of the Company

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
