岗位职责
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual clients or business partners by building strong and sustainable relationships;
• Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company’s products and services;
• Acquire new clients, partners, and sales intermediaries, including onboarding and account opening to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and business volume;
• Act as the key point of contact to provide timely support and address enquiries from clients and partners;
• Collaborate with intermediaries and sales partners to drive distribution, improve engagement, and achieve business targets;
• Formulate and execute marketing and engagement plans to promote the company’s products and strengthen market presence;
• Organize and coordinate marketing activities such as roadshows, seminars, training sessions, and presentations for clients and partners;
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to enhance product positioning, branding, and overall client/partner experience;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth initiatives;
• Promote and drive adoption of the company’s digital platforms among clients and partners
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Preferable 2 years of related working experience is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well as a team member.
• Willing to travel and relocate.
• Possess own transportation
