Roles & Responsibilities:

-     Recruitment & Staffing

o   Develop and implement recruitment strategies.

o   Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

o   Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.


-     Employee Relations

o   Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.

o   Mediate conflicts and ensure fair workplace practices.

o   Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.


-     Performance Management

o   Design and oversee appraisal systems.

o   Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement.

o   Align employee goals with organizational objectives.


-     Training & Development

o   Identify skill gaps and training needs.

o   Organize workshops, seminars, and career development programs.

o   Support succession planning and leadership development.


-     Compliance & Policy

o   Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

o   Maintain HR policies and update employee handbooks.

o   Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.


-     Strategic HR Planning

o   Advise senior management on HR trends and workforce analytics.

o   Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

o    Support organizational change management.

 


Profile Requirements:

-     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).


-     Experience: 5–7 years in HR in a managerial role.


-     Skills:


Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of HR software and systems.

Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
