Preferred those with Autocad knowledge

Venue: TPP1 Puchong Selangor

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, BQ and calculations
• Prepare budgets and submit tender/quote to clients
• Materials sourcing, negotiation, comparisons and ordering
• Site visit & update schedule of work progress
• Assist the site person to liase with clients regarding all types of reports, method of statement & etc
• Review subcon claims, change of order & final accounts
• Liase with clients, designers, subcon and suppliers prepare contract, analyses and detailed reports
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet the tight deadlines

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Bachelor in Quantity Surveryor or Cost Management or related field
• With Glass & Aluminium experience will be added into advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Can start work immediately
• Posses with own transport
