Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, valves, pumps, and piping networks.
- Troubleshoot and rectify plumbing faults such as water leaks, pipe blockages, low water pressure, and drainage issues.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, fixtures, water tanks, and sanitary appliances as required.
- Ensure all plumbing work is carried out in compliance with safety procedures, local regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain records, checklists, and work reports for all plumbing activities, and assist with general building maintenance when needed.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in plumbing or building facilities maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary systems, pumps, and piping installation/repair.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used for plumbing maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repair work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
