Financial Management

· Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Oversee the reconciliation of financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

· Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and clubhouse needs.

Membership Management

· Oversee the financial aspects of clubhouse membership, including billing, payments, and record-keeping.

· Collaborate with the Membership Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of membership fees.

· Maintain accurate membership data in the system and generate reports for management review.

· Handle member inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring prompt resolution.

· Support promotional activities and membership drives by providing financial insights.

Internal Controls and Compliance

· Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Monitor internal control procedures, including membership-related processes.

· Support audits and provide required documentation.

Team Supervision and Development

· Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

· Assist with recruitment and performance evaluations for finance staff

Systems and Processes

· Maintain and enhance financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

· Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.

· Ensure the seamless integration of membership financial processes into the overall system.

Other Responsibilities

· Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, including membership-related data.

· Assist with special projects such as financial modeling, strategic planning, or membership growth strategies.

· Act as a backup for the Financial Controller when required.
