About the role

As a Site Supervisor at INTIGA SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities at our project sites in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required specifications
• Monitor and maintain site safety, implementing safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and the public
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes that arise
• Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
• Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks that could impact the progress of the project
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the project
• Provide support and guidance to construction workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or similar education background
• Can work independently
• Experienced in stone/marble would be recommended but not mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance on site
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Computer literate in Microsoft Programs
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Must have driver's licence
• Must have CIDB Green Card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
