Unison Group Hiring! Full Time Senior AI Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are seeking two highly experienced Senior AI Engineers to serve as the technical backbone of our agentic chatbot rollout across four markets. These are deeply hands-on individual contributor roles — you will own solution implementation of AI stack built on Google ADK, Apigee, Model Armor, and SDP. Administrative, coordination, or project management tasks are explicitly out of scope; your mandate is to build, ship, and evolve production AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic chatbot solutions using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
• Design and maintain multi-agent workflows, including agent handoffs, tool chains, memory management, and context optimization
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems, knowledge bases, and APIs
• Optimize LLM inference performance, latency, and scalability
• Produce and maintain technical architecture and design documentation
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices
• Collaborate with software engineering teams on integration testing and production readiness
