Responsibilities
MAIN SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for assisting Cost controller in overall day to day operation of the Accounting Department in planning to have standards Cost Control System.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To assist / in charge at Cost Control whenever Cost Controller not available.
2. Checked and review all supporting document of GRN / goods received note, Inter kitchen transfer and Food requisition. Sign, posted and process to the system.
3. Provided flash food cost ( daily), together with P/L report for theme dinner / other banquet event if any.
4. Checked actual stock on hand with the system ( random , especially for the fast turn over of food items.
5. Do market survey (twice a month) together with purchasing and receiving.
6. Price to be updated based on market survey result.
7. Do physical inventory food items ( store, all kitchens and outlets in every end of the month), entry to the system, re calculated and processed.
8. Do reconciliation of food and analysis.
9. Compare and balance the report with the ledger.
10. Breakdown cost of food for individual outlets.
11. Reported to Area Cost Controller all monthly report for approval.
12. Keep filling for Internal Auditor purposed.
13. Updated / re costing all recipes every 6 month.
14. Work closely with butcher, pastry and other outlets kitchen to make sure everything under control of standard portion and procedure.
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
