Job Description:-

• Responsible for Quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation / tender and ongoing projects with specific deadline.
• Liaise with suppliers / sub-contractor and source for competitive quotation.
• Responsible for monitoring raw materials usage and waste control.
• Responsible for subcontractor tendering and cost comparison.
• Submission of monthly progress claim and Variation Order.
• Maintain and monitor material control forms for the purpose of monitoring selected consumables and expenses.
• Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
• Responsible for overall project cost control.
• Other duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum one (1) year related working experience in Precast Industry.
• Working Location : Ulu Choh.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
