Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately within agreed turnaround times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotations, production status, delivery schedules, and quality-related matters.
  • Review customer contracts and purchase orders (POs) to ensure compliance with approved quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, production, delivery, and customer service issues.
  • Analyze customer forecasts and order requirements, and work with planning and production teams to schedule work orders accordingly.
  • Provide customers with Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates based on material availability and production lead times.
  • Monitor and respond to Open Order Reports (OOR) in a timely manner.
  • Update customer portals with order acceptance status, ETD/ETA information, and consignment inventory status.
  • Support consignment inventory programs, including maintaining agreed minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Prepare pull reports and collaborate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely Accounts Receivable closure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Diploma holders must possess at least 2 years of experience in order processing within a manufacturing, assembly, or related environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
