LOGISTIC AND STORE ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions:

Driving & Delivery

• Safely drive the company lorry to deliver raw materials and supplies to other restaurant branches.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to the schedule.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle with care to avoid damage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection and ensure the lorry is well-maintained and roadworthy.
• Maintain delivery logs and records accurately.

Store

• Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and cleaning supplies as instructed by the manager.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and timely delivery of items.
• Ensure all items purchased are checked for quality and quantity before transportation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or procurement needs to the supervisor.
• Collect and submit purchase receipts, invoices, and delivery notes for documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License) and clean driving record.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in driving and/or procurement roles (F&B industry is an advantage).
• Able to lift and move heavy items.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain processes is an added advantage.

Salary from RM2,000 - RM2,200 monthly

Working Hours:

• Days: 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
• Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary depending on delivery or procurement needs)
• Overtime: May be required during peak days, stock deliveries, or inter-branch transfers
• Breaks: 1 hour lunch break included
