What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Plan, carry out, monitor and report on scheduled M&E checks.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance programmes as per schedule.
• Ensure all new installations and maintenance are safe, correct and legal.
• Administer, supervise, and coordinate facility team & contractors and ensure safety regulations are compiled while carrying out their duties.
• Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess a valid Certificate of Competence as Chargeman (Low Voltage L3).
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or facility management.
• Willing to work on shift, including weekends or public holidays if required.
• Good understanding of building, maintenance processes and documents.
• Candidates with Chargeman Level A4 certificate and who are able to start work on short notice will have an added advantage.
