We are looking for a Product & Solution Engineer to act as our technical and commercial product champion. This unique hybrid role bridges Product Management, Technical Pre-Sales, and Vendor Relations.
What You Will Do:
- Product Portfolio Ownership: Manage the entire lifecycle of our distribution product lines, serving as the ultimate technical and commercial expert.
- Global Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and benchmark emerging global AIoT and security technologies to expand our portfolio.
- Go-To-Market (GTM): Architect and execute complete launch plans for new products, shaping pricing, target verticals, and technical marketing strategies.
- Pre-Sales Architecture: Support regional sales teams by designing integrated solution architectures, leading complex PoCs, and structuring technical RFP/tender responses.
- Strategic Partnerships: Manage high-level relationships and technical alignment with global hardware manufacturers and cloud platforms.
Key Performance Targets:
- Source a minimum of 4 new strategic product/vendor opportunities annually.
- Execute 2+ high-impact product launches per year.
- Maintain an average vendor performance score ≥ 80/100.
- Provide robust technical pre-sales architecture for major regional bids.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications.
- Experience: 3–8 years within the Physical Security, CCTV, Access Control, or IoT spaces.
- Key Strengths: A proven track record in at least two areas: Product Management, Vendor Management, Technical Pre-Sales, or Product Distribution.
- Skills: Strong technical proposal writing, solution design capabilities, and high-level commercial acumen.
- Mindset: Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly comfortable engaging with C-level executives and global vendors.
- Travel: Ready for regional travel across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.
