Job Description:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions
• Perform quantity take-off and basic cost calculations for M&E works
• Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and update cost comparison and tender summary using Excel
• Support project team with cost control and budgeting tasks
• Maintain proper documentation for tenders and costing records
• Perform other duties related to tendering and cost estimation as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma holders are encouraged to apply)
• With or without working experience; training will be provided
• Experience or exposure in M&E works or Quantity Surveying (QS) will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
