We are looking for an organized and responsible Education Coordinator to manage training programs and HRDC-related matters under DCS Academy.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage training courses and schedules.
• Handle HRDC claimable training processes and documentation.
• Liaise with trainers, participants, and related parties.
• Arrange trainers/instructors for training programs.
• Manage HRDC applications, claims, and certifications.
• Ensure training records and documents are properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Experience in training coordination or HRDC-related matters is an advantage.
• Familiar with HRDC claimable courses and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.

Added Advantage:

• Experience handling HRDC claims and certifications.
• Background in training, education, or administration.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
