QA & QC Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Implement and monitor quality control processes across production lines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Conduct regular internal external audits to verify adherence to food standards (HACCP, ISO, Halal)
• Work closely with productions, R&D and supply chain teams address quality issues and improve processes.
• Investigate customer complaints identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, audits and compliance reports.
• Guide junior QA/QC staff in best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in QA /QC within SME FMCG food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO9001, GMP, Halal)
• Skills in root cause analysis, documentation management,, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-Solving, handles customer complaints and production challenges.
• Attention detail and maintain accuracy in testing the documentation
• Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
