• To comply with relevant Safety, Health and Environment regulations and other requirement and continuous commitment and support towards accident prevention.
• To supervise subordinates in their respective sections.
• To give training and guidance to subordinates.
• To ensure a clean and safe working environment in their respective sections
• To check on subordinate’s attendance and to take disciplinary actions where applicable
• To keep record of the daily output, maintenance down time, etc.
• To organize and coordinate maintenance work orders received from superiors.
• To summarize and produce informative daily report before daily meeting
• To assist superior in job related to corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• To repair and maintain the mechanical in all machineries in the plant.
• Ensure wearing of PPE by subordinates at all times
• To support and contribute to the implementation of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
• To carry out other duties assigned by immediate Superior and the management from time to time

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM and Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia/ Professional Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a supervisory role in the industry preferred
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
