Pantech Group Hiring! Full Time IT Officer- Executive in Johor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage day-to-day IT operations, including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), and end-user devices.
• Provide ERP system support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Assist in system enhancements, including scripting and basic programming tasks (Eg: reports customization).
• Support IT implementation projects, server upgrades, and ongoing administration.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge in Server Administration (including Active Directory), Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Firewall and Network infrastructure.
• Experience in ERP systems support, Visual Basic, database (mySQL, Microsoft SQL) administration is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with users at all levels.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT support or system administration.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang and able to travel.
