Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to handover
• Plan project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and address issues or risks promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Review and approve project-related documentation and claims
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience (senior-level exposure preferred)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with project controls, budgeting, and scheduling

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Security System: 3 years (Required)
