Job Overview

The Officer, Finance is responsible to generally responsible for processing invoices and account payable transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To prepare all suppliers payment.

2. To prepare all banks document which is “Sales & Purchase Financing or Banker’s Acceptance Report” for releasing payment to all accessories & fabric suppliers.

3. To do collection schedule document from bank and pass it to shipping department on time.

4. To checking and calculate all supplier invoice which including complete document add in term, shipping forwarding BL and … etc.

5. To handling and release cash in US dollar for staff business trip allowance and … etc.

6. To update all bank facilities statement and master list.

7. To complete the “Trade Summary Report” for every month end.

8. To check all invoices which including price list control and release the payment.

9. To complete the invoices which including PO and DO.

10. To assist Finance manager checking Cambodia factory invoice.

11. To list out and highlight all unpaid invoice to Finance manager.

12. To do filling the record.

13. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company’s procedures and requirements.

14. Prioritize workload to meet project, department and company deadlines.

15. Perform other related responsibilities or ac hoc duties as required by superior.

Academic Qualification

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent.

Skills and Experiences Required

1. 1 year experience in related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Able to work under pressure.

4. Initiative and self-motivated.

5. Computer literate.

6. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia preferably in English.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
