Job Description
- Klinik Hello Doctor is looking for a proactive and people-focused Clinic Assistant who goes beyond basic administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is confident, sales-aware and committed to improving clinic operations, patient satisfaction and overall clinic performance.
- The ideal candidate does not simply wait for instructions but actively contributes ideas, supports revenue growth ethically and ensures a professional and welcoming environment for patients. This role combines frontline operations, patient handling and service promotion in a fast-paced clinic setting
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontline & Clinic Operations
- Handle patient registration, billing and appointment scheduling.
- Manage patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels and general clinic organization.
- Assist doctors during procedures when required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinic SOPs.
- Support daily clinic performance and smooth workflow.
2. Sales & Patient Experience
- Clearly explain clinic services, packages and promotions to patients.
- Ethically upsell relevant health services based on patient needs.
- Encourage follow-up visits, health screenings and preventive care.
- Create a welcoming, professional and trust-building patient experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to clinic revenue through responsible service promotion.
3. Performance & Contribution
- Take ownership of daily clinic operations and performance.
- Work towards KPIs and performance targets.
- Track and support performance improvements.
- Suggest ideas to enhance patient flow, service quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Diploma in healthcare administration, medical assistant or nursing is an advantage.
- Prior clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Basic computer skills (registration systems, billing, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required.
- Strong discipline, good attitude and professionalism.
