Job Responsibilities

  • To provide full administrative support & assistance to the Executive Department.
  • Organize and complete all company administrative duties.
  • To prepare and be responsible for daily accounting function and updating on cash book.
  • To assist in the preparation of full sets accounts.
  • To prepare Bank reconciliation.
  • To liaise with Auditor, Tax agents, Company Secretary and Bankers on accounting matters.

Job Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. AI tools will be a plus.
  • Self-motivated good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Mandarin (Preferred)

Location:

  • Petaling Jaya (Preferred)
