JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Cut, trim, add captions, music, effects, and transitions to enhance engagement
• Plan, create, and edit high-quality content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure all content follows ZS Global branding, tone, and marketing objectives
• Organize raw footage, manage file storage, and maintain content timelines
• Perform basic colour grading, sound balancing, and visual enhancement
• Deliver high-quality edited content within deadlines
• Suggest creative ideas based on current social media trends
• Shoot and edit photos and videos for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes when needed.
• Execute any content-related tasks assigned by Management
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for digital platforms including websites, social media, blogs, emails, and videos.
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Write clear, compelling copy that aligns with the brand voice and tone.
• Produce visual content (e.g., images, graphics, short videos) in coordination with the design team.
• Monitor trends in content, social media, and digital marketing to suggest new content ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator, content editor, or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English [or include additional languages if needed].
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
