Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, improving workflow efficiency, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily retail operations to ensure smooth business activities.
  • Monitor store performance, sales operations, and staff productivity.
  • Develop and improve operational processes and SOP compliance.
  • Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and sales teams for operational efficiency.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational manpower planning.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and product availability.
  • Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and problem-solving effectively.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise operation team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel for outlet visits, events, meetings, and business operations when required.
  • Able to work during weekends or public holidays if necessary.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fashion or retail industry.
  • Knowledge in inventory control and operational planning.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
