Job Overview

The Live Host cum Content Creator is responsible for hosting engaging live sessions, promoting products in an interactive and entertaining manner, and creating creative content to boost brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Hosting & Selling

• Host regular live sessions on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant platforms.
• Present and promote products confidently and enthusiastically.
• Engage actively with online viewers, answer questions, and respond to comments in real time.
• Drive live sales by promoting daily promotions, best sellers, and new launches.
• Coordinate with the operations or kitchen team to ensure accurate product information.

2. Content Creation

• Plan, create, and edit creative photo and video content for social media (e.g. behind-the-scenes, cooking demos, food reviews).
• Write catchy captions and assist in posting regularly on company social media channels.
• Brainstorm fun and trending ideas to boost reach and audience interaction.

3. Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement

• Build an online persona that aligns with the brand’s friendly and approachable image.
• Interact with followers and build a loyal online community.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to the team.

4. Planning & Coordination

• Work with the team to plan monthly content calendars and live session schedules.
• Prepare live session scripts, talking points, and props when needed.
• Ensure all content and live streams comply with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Good sense of humor, entertaining personality, and strong communication skills.
• Creative in content ideas, basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiar with Facebook Live, TikTok Shop Live, or similar platforms.
• Able to work evenings/weekends/public holidays if required (depending on live session schedule).
• Passionate about food, customer interaction, and social selling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
