Requirements

Malaysian citizen
18 years old and above
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, responsible and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in retail, sales or customer service is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Serve customers and handle sales transactions at the store
• Replenish, arrange and maintain product displays and stock level
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and overall store appearance are maintained
• Assist in receiving, storing and stock-taking of merchandise
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and online marketplaces
• Assist in conducting live sessions and creating simple promotional content for social media platforms
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities organized by the company
• Participate in roadshows, events and outdoor sales activities when required
• Carry out opening and closing cashier procedures in accordance with company SOPs
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
