Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering end-to-end technology integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and execute integration solutions
• Evaluate third-party tools, platforms, and APIs to enhance system capabilities and performance
• Support the development and implementation of APIs, microservices, and middleware to enable smooth system connectivity
• Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across integrated platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks, tools, and processes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital landscape
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in system integration, software development, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party platforms within complex systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
