Hiring: QA Analyst III | Singapore (Onsite)

Location: Singapore (Onsite – Minimum 3 days/week, Tuesday to Thursday)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension Based on Business Needs)

Russell Tobin is hiring an experienced QA Analyst III to join a growing technology team in Singapore. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in QA Automation, AI-driven testing, and SQL/database validation.

️ Candidates must possess a valid Singapore Work Visa / Work Authorization. Only candidates legally authorized to work in Singapore will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Build and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools

Identify, document, and track software defects through bug management systems

Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product quality

Apply AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency, defect detection, and quality processes

Perform SQL queries and database validation activities

Monitor defect resolution and support successful product releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

️ 5–7 years of QA Automation experience

️ Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks

️ Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or related technologies

️ Experience leveraging AI tools or concepts within Quality Assurance processes

️ Strong SQL and database testing knowledge

️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

️ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
