• Review monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare presentations for senior management, including variance analyses and financial insights.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates to ensure compliance and address emerging accounting issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate financial controls to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Design SOPs and training materials for finance processes, improving onboarding efficiency.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
