Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team at Eldon Healthcare Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our strategic customer accounts and contributing to the growth and success of our business. This is a full-time position based in Klang Valley.

What you'll be doing

  • Coach and guide team members in managing and developing effective relationships with buyers and key customers.
  • Prepare and execute annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars.
  • Negotiate product listings, pricing, promotions, trade terms, and display opportunities with customers.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance and operations teams to endure smooth execution of customer plans.
  • Prepare account reviews, presentations, and reports for internal management and customers.
  • Ensure timely submissions of promotion forms, price updates, and other customer requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues relating to stock, pricing, and operating matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade spending controls, and profitability targets.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Graduated in Science related courses and have experience in managing chain pharmacies will be a value-added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be a value-added advantage
  • Good communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, presentation skills and leadership skill
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Possess own car and willing to travel outstation
