Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, file, and organize documents and records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Requirements

  • Certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or clerical experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
