Job description:

• Plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patients care, incorporating risk assessment, to maximize functional independence and rehabilitation potential.
• Communicate with patients and carers in order to positively develop therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise workloads – able to multi-task as well as be self-disciplined and highly motivated.
• Knowledge of how to use specialist equipment – required for day to day use with specific patients e.g. communication aids, special seating, standing frames etc.
• Collate and maintain Occupational Therapy inventory record.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Working experience in a hospital or Rehab Centre set-up in the Return-to-Work Programme will be preferred.
• Experience in working with patients who have a range of conditions, including Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Orthopaedic.
• Computer literate.
• Pleasant and mature personality with excellent human relations, networking and organisational skills.
