About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to support the technical setup and configuration of new merchant accounts. This role will focus primarily on POS menu setup and implementation, ensuring new merchants are configured accurately and ready to go live smoothly.


This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable handling backend system configuration in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technical implementation and configuration for new merchant accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact when coordinating with SaaS partners where needed
  • Configure POS systems, including product menu setup, pricing, tax settings, discounts, and related backend settings
  • Set up and manage SaaS accounts, user access permissions, and integrated features such as chatbot templates
  • Ensure all merchant accounts are configured accurately and within the required timeliness
  • Support go-live readiness by ensuring setup quality and complete
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Experience in POS systems, SaaS platforms, backend configuration, or implementation support is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in onboarding, account setup, operations support, or system configuration roles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in system setup
  • Able to manage multiple setups and priorities in a structured manner
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
