- As an operation officer, it's responsibility to look after all engagement of security guards.

- To do daily patrolling and submit reports.

- Liaise with clients orders on timely manner.

- experience in security jobs

- Report any incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents

- Attend to tenants and customers complaints

- Ensure mall safety procedures and SOPs are adhered to

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM qualification

· At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity

· Computer literate and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English

· Able to write basic reports

· Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
